Acceptance of Terms of Use

User Responsibilities & Rules

Dn99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these terms.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the dn99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dn99 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, Maybank, and CIMB. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering policies. dn99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to 3 business days.
